...that each child is unique & special.
...that in order to grow and develop socially, mentally, emotionally, and physically, children need a safe, cheerful, fun, caring, & secure environment in which to learn, discover, and create.
...that children need a stimulating, yet orderly & organized environment to explore – one that is rich in learning materials.
...that children learn best by doing; therefore, "hands on experience" is the basis of our curriculum.
...in a fun place where your child can be happy & proud to be a CREATIVE KID!
We are dedicated to the well-being of every child and hope each day will be a special day where each child has a:
Time to grow,
Time to learn,
Time to explore,
Time to discover,
Time to create,
Time to play,
Time to laugh,
Time to share,
Time to love,
A child's time,
A magical time,
Time to be a child.

Creative Kids, Inc. planned curriculum is based on themes of interest, development, and abilities of the children. We offer each child the freedom
to explore the various learning activities and interest centers that have been prepared before his/her arrival.
We have a purpose for every activity. We challenge your child's thinking and problem-solving ability. We supply many materials to foster creativity.
Our program is based on the theory that children learn best by doing and where their natural curiosities are allowed to develop. We provide many sensory
experiences. Children learn by touching, feeling, seeing, hearing, etc. Our emphasis is on the process, not the end product. We offer your child a variety
of challenging and fun experiences.
Our curriculum includes activities in the following areas: Language, Math, Science, Music, Movement, Art, Cooking, Puppetry, Dramatic Play, Reading, Listening, Writing, Gross Motor Skills, Fine Motor Skills
Our themes include some of the following:
Save the Earth
Down On the Farm
In My Own Words
This is a meeting for parents only to review all regulations/procedures and to be introduced to staff.
There are several scheduled parent nights throughtout the year. Dates and times will be posted in advanced. It is
an informal time to help better understand your child's day. Topics include: Creative Curriculum, Art, Books for Preschoolers,
"Walk In My Footsteps" (where your Creative Kid brings you to school for the evening).
One conference a year will be arranged for the teacher to communicate about your child's progress. These conferences are usually scheduled
during the spring. Other conferences will be arranged upon requests by parents or teachers. Feel free to set up a conference with the
director at any time.
Daily Communication Sheets
This is a detailed daily information report explaining all activities. This report will be in the child's cubby at the end of each day. A personal note
will be added and any other daily comments or reminders will be included. The daily sheet will also inform you if your child ate lunch,
took a nap, etc. Please use this report to talk with your child about his/her daily experiences.
Thanks to all of you for caring for Alex this year! As a working mom, it is truly a blessing to find someone to care for your child that you trust to give him the love, support and nurturing you would want for your child! Never did I have a concern about Alex’s well-being. His love for learning has flourished over the past year. He has also more importantly developed good social skills that will follow him forever! Your kindness and dedication are much appreciated! Thank you!
Thank you for the wonderful care you have given Cole every day. We truly appreciate all the wonderful learning experiences you have shared with him, all the books you have read to him, the science experiments, writing center, creative art, social interaction, dramatic play, block center, and who can ever forget the wonderful songs. Your talents are endless and above all, I cannot thank you enough for the biggest bonus of all – the high self-esteem and confidence that has been built here!
Thank you again for another year of nurturing. We will miss you and wish you continued success. So grateful for your love, creativity, friendliness, affection, understanding, intellect, humor, caring & charm. Love you always!
Why is Creative Kids so special to our family? They know every family member’s name. They take the time with all of us. The classroom is extremely organized for children to grow, explore, take risks, and be themselves – it makes discipline also non-existent because all kids are engaged. It was the most important child-rearing decision we had to make thus far – and I am so glad we chose Creative Kids.
Thank you so much for all you do and have done for us. We have been thrilled with the positive influence you have had on our children. They love to come to school; a true sign of their comfort here! Thank you for all you do.
Patrick loves it now and Annie loved it then! Colorful, fun, creative, safe, clean, educational, and special – there aren’t enough adjectives! Thanks for giving kids such a positive start to their education!
Thank you, Creative Kids! Madeline is already a better student, a great helper, and is eager to learn. I think we are smarter and better parents because of our experience we have shared with our daughter through all of you! Many thanks!
Thank you for giving me peace of mind while I was away at work. Creative Kids was the best decision I have ever made for my kids!
Words cannot fully express my gratitude for what this year has done for Ally. She is so excited about learning and is always eager to share the events of the day. She has made so many friends and is a better friend to others. She loves her school and so do we!
We would love to hear from you with any questions!
